Caroline North
Caroline is the Vice President of Finance at Edgewater Midstream. Prior to joining Edgewater, she worked as an Associate in the Natural Resources Investment Banking group at Bank of America, where she focused on M&A advisory and capital market transactions across the upstream, midstream and downstream energy verticals. Notable M&A deal credentials include buyside advisory for ONEOK’s acquisition of Medallion Midstream, Green Plains’ acquisition of Green Plains Partners and Williams’ acquisition of NorTex Midstream, as well as financing for Sunoco’s acquisition of NuStar Energy.
In 2021, Caroline graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity University. She also received top of her class awards for both Finance and Accounting majors.
