David Anders
David is the Chief Executive Officer of Edgewater Midstream. Previously, he was a Managing Director for Bank of America in its Energy and Power Investment Banking Group. During his seventeen-year career at Bank of America, David provided client coverage across the midstream sector. He led over 200 book-run, capital-raising transactions, and financial advisory assignments, including M&A buy-side and sell-side deals, IPOs, equity follow-on transactions, and bond and other debt-capital-raising transactions. In his role as an M&A advisor, he facilitated due diligence processes and research in connection with transactions, including the $5 billion acquisition of Semgroup by Energy Transfer, the $3.1 billion buy-in of Spectra Energy Partners by Enbridge, the $2.5 billion acquisition of Enbridge Energy Partners by Enbridge, the $1 billion sale of GE Energy Financial Services Portfolio, the $4.4 billion sale of CST Brands to Alimentation Couche-Tard, and the $4.9 billion sale of DCP Midstream LLC’s midstream assets. David, in his role at Bank of America, also served as a structuring advisor to MPLX, World Point Terminals and Midcoast Energy Partners during their initial public offerings.
David received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
